You have 2 options to get help with Canvas.

  1. During normal business hours, put in a Help Desk Ticket with MPC's Online Education team.
  2. After business hours and on the weekend, contact Canvas tech support either via email or live chat.  
  3. Note that Canvas tech support can help with Canvas issues only.  They can't help with MPC problems, such as logging into Lobo Apps.  For MPC related problems refer to the MPC knowledge base, or the Canvas Knowledge Base
